Pre-consultation Questionnaire

Let’s find an open date on our calendar and get acquainted! I’ll need to know a bit more about you and the dreams you have about this very special day prior to your initial consultation. I’ll email a brief questionnaire to you to help you become familiar with the basics.

Initial Consultation

We will discuss in general terms your entire wedding day. You can expect a financial “guess-timate” of your wedding at the conclusion of this meeting. The first hour of this consultation is free of charge.

A non-refundable $100 retainer fee guarantees your Wedding Day reservation. This retainer is credited to your final balance.

Written Estimates and Deposits

You will receive a formal written proposal of your wedding plans once the retainer is paid. This is a working copy that will be adjusted to fit your needs and budget.

Second Consultation

We will have a second consultation to finalize ideas and concepts of the floral arrangements if necessary. This is an opportunity for you to see additional photos and commission samples of designs.

Final Proposal

Upon your approval, the final proposal is signed and returned, together with the additional deposit of half the total. Once the final proposal is signed, any changes to the contract will be in writing and signed by both parties.

Final Payment

One month prior to the wedding the final payment is due in full.
