It is helpful to include the room number or ward of the recipient. When possible, please check with the hospital before placing your order to confirm that your friend is still admitted.

Some facilities do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. In that instance, the nurse station signs the delivery slip, and we trust them to present the arrangement at an appropriate time.

Many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers; however, they can have other gifts we would be happy to deliver for you. If you would like to send flowers to a person who is in ICU at the time you place your order, we call the hospital each morning to know when your friend gets into a regular hospital room so that your gift is fresh upon delivery.
